Unify the Ties will happily accept returns of any unwashed, unworn (no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, etc.), and unused merchandise. Original liner and tags attached. Customers wishing to return merchandise must contact us at email@example.com within 21 days of receiving the merchandise. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We understand buying swimwear can be a little tricky and want you to love the size you purchased. Unify the Ties will happily accept exchanges on any merchandise that doesn't fit. We will work with the customer to ensure that they receive their correct size(s) as quickly as possible!
How to submit an exchange:
1. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 21 days of receiving the merchandise and specify what size you'd like to exchange your item to.
2. We'll get back to you in 1-2 business days with the instructions on where to send your bikini for an exchange. The customer will be responsible for paying for shipping of their returned item(s).
3. Once your return is received, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item(s) and send the correct size(s). Unify the Ties will cover shipping costs for the exchange item(s). All exchanges are subject to availability due to our limited, exclusive production runs.
DAMAGED Goods & ERRORS
All items are carefully inspected during manufacturing and before it is shipped to the customer. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of purchase.
In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, we will work to resolve the issue and address immediately. Note that we do not take responsibility for damaged merchandise that is already worn.
