Unify the Ties will happily accept returns for exchange or store credit only of any unwashed, unworn (no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, etc.), and unused merchandise. Original liner and tags attached. Customers wishing to return merchandise for exchange or store credit must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We offer a free one time exchange of merchandise for sizing issues. Any exchanging for a different style will be processed as a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and whether or not your item(s) have been approved or rejected. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you. All exchanges are subject to availability due to a limited production run. Exchanges and store credits will be processed within one business week.
How to submit an exchange:
1. E-mail email@example.com within 10 days of receiving the merchandise and specify what size you'd like to exchange your item to.
2. We'll get back to you in 1-2 business days with the instructions on where to send your bikini for an exchange. Unify the Ties will offer a complimentary return label via email to cover the shipping of the returned item (one time only). The customer will then be responsible for paying for the shipping of their new item.
DAMAGED Goods & ERRORS
All items are carefully inspected during manufacturing and before it is shipped to the customer. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of purchase.
In the event that we processed your order incorrectly we will work to resolve the issue and address appropriately. Note that we do not take responsibility for damaged items purchased through third party retailers or merchandise that is already worn.
